Returns and Exchanges

We hope you love your order! It may take several nights to adjust to the new feeling of sleeping with a weighted blanket, so we encourage you to take some time to try it out. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer the option to return or exchange within 30 days. Orders placed between November 20 and December 10 are eligible for extended holiday returns until January 10.

We are pleased to offer complimentary return shipping within the UK on returns for store credit. If you prefer a refund to your original form of payment, then a return shipping cost of £12.50 per blanket will be withheld from the refund amount. (This will be higher when sending a return from Northern Ireland or the Channel Islands, due to the higher shipping costs.)

 

When you submit your return or exchange, you will receive a return shipping label via email. We request that you ship your return within 7 days of receiving the label; after 28 days the return will be eligible for store credit only, at our discretion. Please do not use "return to sender," as the package will not go to the correct address.

 

Once received, we will inspect and process your return within 1-5 business days. Upon approval, we will issue your refund, store credit, or exchange, as requested. Returns will not be approved for items that are not received, or for items received with significant stains or damages.

 

Any shipping charges incurred on the original order are nonrefundable. Only orders placed on our website and shipped within the UK may be returned to us; items purchased from another store or retail website should be returned to the original merchant.

 

Quality Guarantee
