Return & Exchange Policy
We hope you love your order! However, if you are not completely satisfied, you may make a return for an exchange or refund. We ask that returns be initiated within 30 days of delivery, which provides time to get used to the new feeling of sleeping with a weighted blanket. It may take several nights to adjust.

We are pleased to offer complimentary shipping in UK on returns for store credit. If you prefer a refund to your original form of payment, then a return shipping cost of £12.50 per blanket will be withheld from the refund amount. (This will be higher when sending a return from Northern Ireland or the Channel Islands, due to the higher shipping costs.)
When your return or exchange is complete, you will receive a shipping label on the portal and via email. Please ship your returned item to us within 28 days of receipt of your label. After that time, any unshipped return will be automatically cancelled, and the label will no longer function.
Once we receive the return back in like-new condition, we will email you a gift card for store credit or refund your original method of payment minus the return shipping cost.
Any items received with damage due to transit or manufacturer defect will be replaced or refunded according to our Quality Guarantee.
Only orders placed on our website and shipped within the UK may be returned to us; items purchased from another store or retail website should be returned to the original merchant.
