Return & Exchange Policy
We're pleased to offer an extended return and exchange window for the holidays! Orders placed between October 15 and December 15 will be eligible for return or exchange through January 15, 2022. Outside of this window, we ask that returns be initiated within 30 days of delivery, which provides time to get used to the new feeling of sleeping with a weighted blanket. It may take several nights to adjust.
To make a return or exchange, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please do not ship your return using "return to sender," as the package will not go to the correct address. Unfortunately we are unable to offer a refund on any returns that do not use the prepaid shipping label we provide.
We are pleased to offer complimentary shipping within the continental U.S. on both exchanges and returns for store credit. Please note, items received as an exchange are final sale.
If you prefer a refund to your original form of payment, then a return shipping cost of $18 per blanket (or $15 for a kids' blanket) will be withheld from the refund amount. For non-weighted items, the return shipping cost will be lower.
Unfortunately we are unable to offer free exchanges on items returned from outside of the contiguous U.S., including Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Alaska, and FPO/APO/DPO addresses. A higher shipping cost will also be withheld on returns for refund, depending on the actual return shipping cost.
When you submit your return or exchange, you will receive a UPS shipping label via email. Please ship your returned item to us within 28 days of receipt of your label. After that time, any unshipped return will be automatically cancelled.
Once we receive the return back in like-new condition, we will process your exchange, email you a gift card for store credit, or refund your original method of payment minus the return shipping cost. Sleep Stone Mask must be returned with crystal for full credit.
Any items received with damage due to transit or manufacturer defect will be replaced or refunded according to our Quality Guarantee. If you have any questions, please email us directly at email@example.com.
Orders shipped outside the US and Canada are not eligible for return or exchange. Only orders placed on our website may be returned to us; items purchased from another store or retail website should be returned to the original merchant.
