Return & Exchange Policy
To make a return, please email us at care@balooliving.co.uk.
A return shipping cost of £12.50 per blanket will be withheld from the refund amount (higher if returning from Northern Ireland or the Channel Islands).
For free return shipping (or reduced, if shipping from NI or CI), please let us know that you'd like to return for store credit. Your credit may be used now or in the future and will not expire; we will cover the return shipping costs.
We will send you a return shipping label via email. Please ship your returned item to us within 28 days of receipt of your label; after that time, any unshipped return will be automatically cancelled, and the label will no longer function.
Once we receive and process your return, we will email you a gift card for store credit or refund your original method of payment, minus the return shipping cost.
While you are welcome to try your product for 30 days before submitting a return, we do require that returns be in reasonably clean, undamaged condition. Items that are dirty or customer-damaged will not be refunded. This is out of respect for our returns processing team.
If you received your order with damage due to transit or manufacturer defect, we will gladly replace or refund it according to our Quality Guarantee.
Return Eligibility
Only orders placed on our website and shipped within the UK may be returned to us; items purchased from another store or retail website should be returned to the original merchant.
